On behalf of the Board, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Acquisitions were completed on 30 December 2025 following the delivery by the SESB Vendors and the SDASB Vendor of all the completion documents to the satisfaction of the Company and the settlement by the Company of the balance of the Total Purchase Consideration, in accordance with the terms of the SSAs.
