The Board of Directors of MKH Berhad (“MKH” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that the Company has incorporated a new wholly-owned subsidiary, namely Anya Wellness Sdn. Bhd. (“Anya Wellness”) (“Incorporation”). Currently, Anya Wellness has an issued share capital of RM1.00 comprising 1 ordinary share and the intended principal activity is health care and wellness services.

The Incorporation has no effect on the issued share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholdings of MKH and has no material effect on the earnings and consolidated net assets of MKH Group.

None of the Directors and major shareholders of MKH and/or persons connected with them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the Incorporation.
