The Board of Directors of Landmarks Berhad ("Landmarks" or "Company") wishes to announce that the following indirect dormant subsidiaries of the Company have been voluntarily struck off from the Register of Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority ("ACRA") Singapore on 20 December 2025:

1. Benuwa Beta Pte. Ltd.;

2. Midai Alpha Pte. Ltd.;

3. Midai Beta Pte. Ltd.;

4. Mubur A Pte. Ltd.;

5. Serasan Alpha Pte. Ltd.; and

6. Serasan Beta Pte. Ltd..

The struck off of the aforesaid subsidiaries does not have any financial impact on the Landmarks Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2025.
