Reference is made to the announcement dated 10 December 2025 (“Earlier Announcement”) in relation to the Restraining Order Application pursuant to Section 366, 368, 369and other relevant provisions of the Companies Act 2016, filed by the Company at the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Earlier Announcement.
The Board of Directors of Ho Hup wishes to announce that the Company has been notified by its solicitors that the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur has fixed the hearing of this matter on 20 January 2026.
