We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 21 August 2025, 29 September 2025, 16 October 2025 and 2 December 2025 in relation to the bonus issue of free warrants in REDtone (“Warrants”) on the basis of one (1) Warrant for every two (2) existing ordinary shares in REDtone held by the entitled shareholders of the Company whose names appear in the Company’s Record of Depositors as at the close of business on an entitlement date (“Bonus Issue”). 

On behalf of the Board of Directors of REDtone, AmInvestment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Bonus Issue has been completed following the admission of the Warrants to the Official List of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), as well as the listing and quotation of 386,475,740 Warrants on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 26 December 2025.
