Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 4 September 2025 on the retirement of Messrs Grant Thornton Malaysia PLT as the Auditors of the Company.
The Company has on 23 December 2025 received the Consent to Act as Auditors from Messrs Nexia SSY PLT ("SSY") pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act, 2016, and the Board wishes to announce that SSY be appointed as the External Auditors of the Company for the financial year ending 31 March 2026 on 23 December 2025 and to hold office until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the Company.
