The Board of Directors of KIMLUN is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Kimlun Sdn. Bhd. had accepted the award of the following contracts (collectively “Contracts”):

None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of the Company or persons connected with them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the Contracts.
