UPDATE ON MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN MIECO MANUFACTURING SDN BHD, A WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF MCB AND K-ONE CORPORATION

Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 8 August 2025 and 12 August 2025. Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.


The Board of Directors of MCB wishes to announce that there is no material development pertaining to the MOU entered into between MIECO and K-ONE. The Company shall make further announcements as and when there are further material developments in relation to the MOU.
