We refer to the announcements dated 28 February 2025, 24 April 2025, 25 April 2025, 21 July 2025, 31 July 2025, 7 November 2025, 10 November 2025, 11 November 2025, 21 November 2025, 24 November 2025, 15 December 2025 and 22 December 2025 in relation to the Proposals.
On behalf of the Board, AmInvestment Bank and Maybank IB wish to announce that following the listing and quotation of the 1,393,301,116 Rights Shares and 464,433,705 Warrants on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 23 December 2025, the Rights Issue with Warrants has been completed today.
In addition, the SPA has become unconditional on 23 December 2025 following the fulfilment of all the conditions precedent as set out in the SPA.
