ANALABS - Notice of Book Closure

Interim dividend via a share dividend distribution on the basis of twenty (20) treasury shares for every one thousand (1,000) existing ordinary shares held in the Company in respect of the financial year ending 30 April 2026, fractions shares shall be disregarded.

Kindly be advised of the following :

1) The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - Dividend” as from: 09 Jan 2026
2) The last date of lodgment : 12 Jan 2026

Remarks :

1.The Board of Directors of Analabs Resources Berhad ("the Company") has declared an interim dividend via a share dividend distribution on the basis of twenty (20) treasury shares for every one thousand (1,000) existing ordinary shares held in the Company in respect of the financial year ending 30 April 2026. 

2. Any fractional entitlement arising from the computation of share dividends entitlement will be disregarded.

3. Subject to the approval of Bursa Malaysia Depository Sdn Bhd ("Bursa Depository") for the transfer of treasury shares under the Share Buy-Back Account via bulk transfer method of debiting and crediting, the treasury shares to be distributed under the share dividends will be credited into the entitled Depositors' securities accounts maintained with Bursa Depository on 27 January 2026.
