On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Company ("Board"), Malacca Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that the Company had on 22 December 2025 received a letter from its major shareholders, namely Cheng & Co Holdings Sdn Bhd and Dato’ Dr. Chua Hock Hoo requesting the Board to consider undertaking the Proposed Transfer of Listing ("Proposal Letter"). The Board, save for Dato’ Dr. Chua Hock Hoo, Ong Chee Seng and Lam Kwai Soon, being the interested directors, will deliberate on the Proposals. Further details of the Proposals are set out in the attached document. This announcement is dated 22 December 2025. |
