Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those given to them in the announcement dated 22 December 2025 in relation to the Acquisition and the Offer.
On behalf of the Company, Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad ("Kenanga IB") wishes to announce that the SSA is unconditional upon execution on 22 December 2025.
Accordingly, Kenanga IB, on behalf of SSBB, served the notice of the Offer on the Board of Directors of NPS Berhad ("Notice") in accordance with subparagraph 9.10(1) of the Rules on Take-overs, Mergers and Compulsory Acquisitions issued by the Securities Commission Malaysia.
