Outcome of Meeting
The Board of Directors of Wawasan Dengkil Holdings Berhad ("Wawasan" or "the Company") wishes to announce that all of the resolutions as set out in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") dated 4 December 2025 were duly passed by the shareholders by way of poll voting at the EGM held today. The details of the poll results are set out as below.
