The Board of Directors of Samaiden (“the Board”) wishes to announce that Legasi Suria Selatan Sdn. Bhd. (“LSSSB”), a 70%-owned subsidiary of Samaiden Sdn. Bhd. (“SSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Samaiden, had on 17 December 2025 executed the Solar Power Purchase Agreement (“SPPA”) with TNB for the purpose of development and operation of solar photovoltaic energy generating facility under the Large-Scale Solar PETRA 5+ program (“Project”).
(LSSSB and TNB shall hereinafter be collectively referred to as “Parties”).
Further details of the above are set out in the attachment.
The Company received the fully executed SPPA in the evening of 18 December 2025.
