Pursuant to Rule 8.25(1)(ii) and paragraph 3.1 of Guidance Note 4 of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of ICT Zone Asia wishes to announce that the aggregate amount of financial assistance provided as at 31 October 2025, to facilitate its ordinary course of business is as set out below:
The aforementioned provision of financial assistance is not expected to have any material impact on the net assets and earnings per share of ICT Zone Asia and its subsidiaries.
