Ms. Ker Yan Ling is a Chartered Accountant (Singapore) with extensive cross-functional leadership experience in nationwide operations, human resources, administration, finance, and auditing. She holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (High Merit) from Singapore Management University and a Diploma in Culinary Skills from SHATEC, where she was a Chairman's List recipient in 2016 and 2017.

She currently serves as Deputy Chief Operating Officer of Borneo Technical Co. (M) Sdn. Bhd., where she leads nationwide operations across distribution centres, warehouses, and branch networks, and oversees HR strategy for more than 200 employees. She has driven key transformation initiatives including warehouse consolidation, supply chain optimisation, organisational development, and corporate culture strengthening. She reports directly to the CEO/Board and supports group-wide strategic execution.

Previously, she held the role of Financial Controller at Auto Empire Impex Pte. Ltd., managing financial operations and statutory compliance. She began her career with Ernst & Young LLP, Singapore as an external auditor serving regional clients.

 Beyond her corporate career, she has held event leadership roles, participated in mentorship and community programmes, and achieved accolades in competitive dancesport.
