We refer to our earlier announcement dated 10 December 2025 regarding the non-compliance with the Public Shareholding Spread Requirement.

Based on the Company’s Record of Depositors as at 9 December 2025, the public shareholding spread stood at 24.925%. Accordingly, the Company was not in compliance with the minimum public shareholding spread of 25% as stipulated under Paragraph 8.02(1) of the Main Market Listing Requirements (“MMLR”) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”).

On 18 December 2025, the Company was notified by a person connected to the Directors that he had sold 600,000 ordinary shares of Mynews Holdings Berhad, representing approximately 0.080% of the total issued share capital of Mynews.

Consequently, the Company’s Public Shareholding Spread has increased from 24.925% as at 9 December 2025 to 25.005% as at 18 December 2025. Accordingly, in compliance with Paragraph 8.02(1) of the MMLR, the breach has been rectified.
