UMSINT - Notice of Bonus Entitlement

Bonus Issue of new ordinary shares in the capital of UMS Integration Limited ("UMS" or "the Company") ("Bonus Shares") to the shareholders of the Company on the basis of one (1) Bonus Share for every four (4) existing ordinary shares in the share capital of the Company held at 5.00 p.m. on 12 January 2026

Kindly be advised of the following :

1) The above Company’s securities will be traded and quoted “[EX-BONUS ISSUE]” as from: 09 Jan 2026
2) The last date of lodgment : 12 Jan 2026
3) Retention Money: Where securities are not delivered in time for registration by the seller, then the brokers concerned:-        
          a) Selling Broker to deduct  1/5, of Selling Price against the Selling Client
          b) Buying Broker to deduct 20.0%, of Purchase Price against the Buying Client
          c) Between Broker and Broker, the deduction of 1/5, of the Transacted Price is applicable.

Remarks: 
The Bonus Shares will be credited into the central depository system account(s) of the entitled shareholders of UMS as per the Record of Depositors of UMS prior to the date of listing and quotation of the Bonus Shares.

The Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad at the same day as the securities crediting date.
