Reference is made to the Company’s announcement on 13 October 2025, 16 October 2025, 5 November 2025 and 16 December 2025. Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the said announcements. 

The Board of Directors wishes to announce that at the hearing for the inter partes injunction application filed by Leyo today, Leyo informed the Court of its decision to withdraw its injunction application, notwithstanding that it had earlier sought additional time to file its Affidavit in Reply. The Court recorded the withdrawal and awarded costs for the Manufacturers.

As previously disclosed, the Court had on 14 October 2025 dismissed Leyo’s application for an ad interim injunction. Thereafter, the original hearing date of 5 November 2025 was postponed upon Leyo’s request for an extension of time to file its Affidavit in Reply, and the matter was subsequently rescheduled to today. Leading up to the inter partes hearing, both parties exchanged and filed their respective affidavits and supporting documents in accordance with the Court’s directions. 

The Court has further directed that the trial be held from 1 March 2027 to 5 March 2027.

The Company will make further announcements to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as and when there are material developments on this matter.
