The Board of Directors of Paramount Corporation Berhad (the Company) wishes to announce that Prima Kuasa Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 202501052508 (1653915-K)), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has, on this 17 December 2025, entered into a sale and purchase agreement (SPA) with SJ Properties Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 197401004259 (21394-A)) (SJPSB) for the proposed acquisition of three (3) contiguous parcels of leasehold land measuring in total area of approximately 48.489 acres situated at Mukim Bukit Raja, Daerah Petaling, Negeri Selangor Darul Ehsan from SJPSB at a total cash consideration of RM113,500,000.00 and upon such terms and conditions as contained in the SPA.
