Reference is made to our earlier announcements dated 26 May 2022, 8 June 2022, 20 June 2022, 4 July 2022, 29 July 2022, 4 August 2022, 29 August 2022, 23 September 2022, 13 December 2022, 2 March 2023,11 April 2023, 16 May 2023, 24 July 2023, 11 September 2023, 9 October 2023, 28 February 2025, 22 May 2025, 17 July 2025, 11 August 2025, 13 August 2025, 4 September 2025 and 28 November 2025  in relation to Kuala Lumpur Malaya High Court Summons No. WA-22NCvC-267- 05/2022;  Appeal No. W-02(NCvC)(W)-1534-08/2025 (“ PHP Appeal”); and  Appeal No. W-02(NCvC)(W)-153-08/2025 (“Plaintiffs  Appeal”)  ( collectively, “Announcements”).

Unless otherwise stated, words and phrases used in the Announcements shall have the same meaning as defined in the aforesaid Announcements.

The Board of KPS Berhad wishes to announce that pursuant to the case management at the Court of Appeal (“Appellate Court”) held on 11 December 2025 and concluded on 17 December 2025, the Court directed the following matters:

1. both PHP Appeal and Plaintiffs Appeal are fixed for hearing on 27 August 2026;

2. the parties are required to file the Notis Makluman Butiran Pihak-Pihak on or before 30 July 2026;

3. the appellant in each appeal is to file and serve their Special Bundle on or before 30 July 2026;

4. parties are required to file their respective Submissions, Bundle of Authorities, Executive Submission, and Common Core Bundle on or before 30 July 2026; and

5. any Submissions in Reply are to be filed and served on or before 12 August 2026.

The Appellate Court has fixed the next case management on 13 August 2026 to ensure compliance with the filing of Submissions to ensure compliance with the filling of the abovementioned documents prior to hearing.

KPS Berhad will make necessary announcement on further development of this matter in due course.
