The Board of Directors of GENM (“Board”) refers to GENM’s announcements dated 30 June 2025, 15 October 2025 and 2 December 2025 in relation to the Bid. 

The Board wishes to announce that Genting New York LLC, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of GENM, has been selected for the award of a commercial casino license by the New York State Gaming Commission on 15 December 2025 (US Eastern date/time). Resorts World New York City is expected to open the first phase of the integrated resort by the second quarter of 2026.

GENM will make the necessary announcements should there be further material developments in relation to this matter.
