Further to the Company's announcement made on 25 September 2025 pertaining to the MOU entered between SSF and Rumah Ibu to collaborate on the Rancangan Perkampungan Tersusun (RPT) Negeri Perak. Under this collaboration, Rumah Ibu intends to offer at least 35,000 land owners who have yet to construct a house the opportunity to do so through Skim Rumah Ibu. As part of the collaboration, Rumah Ibu will purchase kitchen cabinets ("Products") and discounted vouchers ("Vouchers") from SSF and SSF will be responsible for the sale and installation of the Products as well as the sale of the Vouchers.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that there is no material development on the status of the MOU as announced previously.
