FREE WARRANTS ISSUE OF 316,305,948 FREE WARRANTS IN ASIA POLY HOLDINGS BERHAD ("ASIA POLY") ("WARRANT(S)") ON THE BASIS OF 3 WARRANTS FOR EVERY 10 EXISTING ORDINARY SHARES IN ASIA POLY ("ASIA POLY SHARES") HELD BY THE SHAREHOLDERS OF ASIA POLY WHOSE NAMES APPEAR IN THE RECORD OF DEPOSITORS OF ASIA POLY AS AT 5.00 P.M. ON 8 DECEMBER 2025 ("FREE WARRANTS ISSUE")
Each Warrant carries the entitlement to subscribe for 1 new Asia Poly Share at the exercise price of RM0.12 each, and at any time during the exercise period of 5 years ("Exercise Period") subject to the adjustments in accordance with the provisions of the deed poll dated 24 November 2025 constituting the Warrants. Any Warrants not exercised during the Exercise Period will thereafter lapse and cease to be valid. If the maturity date of the Warrants falls on a non-market day, then it will fall on the preceding market day. This announcement is dated 15 December 2025.
