The Board of Directors of EP Manufacturing Bhd (“EPMB" or the "Company”) wishes to announce that the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, PEPS-JV (Melaka)
Sdn. Bhd. ("Assembler ") and XPeng Motors (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. ("XPeng") have entered into Agreements on 12 December 2025 to cooperate in development,
manufacturing, production and assembly of specific Vehicles Projects in Malaysia.
The Agreements are:-
(i) Framework Assembly Agreement ("FAA") and
(ii) Vehicle Assembly Agreement (“the "G6/X9 VAA”)

PEPS-JV (Melaka) Sdn. Bhd. is to assemble G6 Vehicles and X9 Vehicles, including the Extended Range Electric Vehicle ("EREV") version of X9 Vehicles, for
XPeng, at Melaka plant.
XPeng Motors (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is a private company limited by shares incorporated under the laws of Malaysia and having its registered address at Unit
30-01, Level 30, Tower A, Vertical Business Suite, Avenue 3, Bangsar South, No.8, Jalan Kerinchi, 59200 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur,
Malaysia.

The Assembler shall establish an assembly line with the capacity to meet XPeng's order.
That is no interested parties in the FAA & G6/X9 VAA.
