The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Share Consolidation. We refer to the earlier announcements dated 16 October 2025, 17 October 2025, 22 October 2025, 5 November 2025 and 28 November 2025 in relation to the Share Consolidation. On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that based on the issued share capital of Mudajaya with effect from 5.00 p.m. on 12 December 2025 ("Entitlement Date"), 2,657,397,503 Mudajaya Shares have been consolidated into 531,475,121 Consolidated Shares, and the total number of outstanding warrants 2024/2027 ("Warrant(s) B") of 531,476,608 will be adjusted to 106,295,270 Warrants B ("Consolidated Warrant(s) B") (after disregarding the fractional entitlements arising from the Share Consolidation) pursuant to the Share Consolidation. The Consolidated Shares and Consolidated Warrants B will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 15 December 2025, being the next market day immediately after the Entitlement Date.
