ADJUSTMENT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE EUROPEAN STYLE NON-COLLATERALISED CASH SETTLED CALL WARRANTS OVER THE ORDINARY SHARES OF CIMB GROUP HOLDINGS BERHAD ("CIMB") ("CIMB SHARE(S)") ("CIMB-C2F")

We refer to CIMB's and Maybank Investment Bank Berhad’s announcement dated 28 November 2025 and 2 December 2025 respectively pursuant to the special dividend of 7 sen per ordinary share for the financial year ending 31 December 2025 (“Special Dividend”).


As the adjustment for the Special Dividend does not amount to more than 2% of the Exercise Price and Entitlement being changed, therefore we will not make any adjustments to the terms and conditions of CIMB-C2F. The Exercise Price and Entitlement of CIMB-C2F shall remain the same.
