Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 24 May 2024, 13 November 2024, 14 November 2024, 22 January 2025, 28 February 2025, 16 April 2025 and 18 August 2025.
The Court has recently directed the parties to attend the Case Management on 11 December 2025 ahead of the Case Management date fixed on 31 March 2026. During the Case Management on 11 December 2025, the Court has re-fixed the trial dates to 13 to 16 December 2027 and 20 to 23 December 2027. All directions given by the Court in the previous Case Management on 18 August 2025 are maintained.
