PROPOSED ISSUE OF UP TO 80,000,000 EUROPEAN STYLE NON-COLLATERALISED CASH-SETTLED CALL WARRANTS OVER ORDINARY SHARES OF YTL CORPORATION BERHAD ("YTL") ("YTL SHARES") WITH AN EXERCISE RATIO OF 3 CALL WARRANTS : 1 YTL SHARE ("YTL-C2I")

With reference to the above, AmBank is pleased to announce the proposed issue by AmBank of up to 80,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash-settled call warrants over ordinary shares of YTL, to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

YTL-C2I is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 31 October 2025 executed by us, as supplemented from time to time. The YTL-C2I is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 12 November 2025 and the Term Sheet for the YTL-C2I dated 11 December 2025.

A summary of the principal terms of the YTL-C2I is set out in Table 1.
