Reference is made to the Company’s announcement on 11 August 2025.

 

The Company further wishes to inform that, during the hearing on 10 December 2025, the Court has given the following directions:

  1. TBSB’s application to transfer this Suit No. JA-21NCvC-18-11/2024 to the Court hearing Suit No. JA-21NCvC-13/03/2022 (“Original Suit”) is allowed, and the Court hearing the Original Suit will determine whether both actions are to be heard together or consolidated; and
  2. LHDN’s application to strike out the Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim (Enclosure 9) will be determined by the Court hearing the Original Suit.

 

The Company will make further announcement(s) on the material development of the case in due course.
