He was an Audit & Tax Manager for Yapp, Kan Tiong & Co. from October 1998 until 31 May 2005 and was responsible for advising clients on tax compliance, secretarial & audit matters, and internal office administration.

He was then the Managing Partner for E-Fonez Telecommunication from 17 July 2005 to 31 December 2019 and  was responsible for Finance and Administration Department.

He also served at the Jabatan Perdana Menteri Malaysia (Secretariat for the Advancement of Malaysian Entrepreneurs (SAME) from 1 February 2015 to 30 December 2018 as the Head of Development (Sabah & Sarawak) and was responsible for the development of micro entrepreneurs for the State of Sabah & Sarawak and direct report to the Minister in charge.

He is an associate member of CTIM (Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia) since 2 April 2008 and currently the Managing Partner of Natural Auto Air-Con & Accessories Centre, responsible for Finance and Administration Department. On top of that, he is also the Audit and Tax Manager at YF.NG and the Sole Proprietor at YC Lee & Co and is responsible for advising clients on tax compliance, secretarial & audit matters and internal office administration.

Datuk Lee Yin Chung ("Datuk Lee") is currently the Director of Matang Agriculture and Plantation (Yong Peng) Sdn Bhd, Matang Agriculture and Plantation (Segamat) Sdn Bhd, Puncak Khasbina Sdn. Bhd., Huaren Holdings Sdn. Bhd., Huaren Management Sdn. Bhd., Huaren Resources Sdn Bhd., Delta Pride (M) Sdn. Bhd. and Huaren Education Foundation.
