GuocoLand (Malaysia) Berhad (“Company”) writes to inform that the shareholders of the Company had at the 101st Annual General Meeting held on 9 December 2025, approved the appointment of KPMG PLT as Auditors of the Company in place of the retiring Auditors, Ernst & Young PLT, to hold office until the conclusion of the next AGM at a remuneration to be determined by the Directors.
