The Board of Directors of Dagang NeXchange Berhad (“the Company” or “DNeX”) wishes to announce that Dagang Net Technologies Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 5 December 2025 filed an appeal against the judicial review decision by the High Court. 

The Company will make the necessary announcements on any material development in respect of the matter as and when necessary.
