Ms. Tee began her career as an Account Executive in 2015 before joining Siemens Malaysia in 2016 through its prestigious graduate programme. During her tenure, she gained broad exposure across partner relationship management, rotated through various central functions, and completed a three-month international assignment with Siemens Vietnam, enriching her global business perspective.

Upon completing the programme, Ms. Tee advanced into the Project Commercial Department, where she played a pivotal role in supporting project tenders. Her portfolio encompassed complex electrical projects across diverse industries including oil and gas, semiconductor manufacturing, cement production, and other industrial sectors.

In 2019, Ms. Tee transitioned into the asset management industry, overseeing multiple investment properties. She primarily manages a retail complex in Seremban, spanning a gross floor area of 550,000 square feet with a net lettable area of 400,000 square feet. Her responsibilities include end-to-end mall operations, leasing strategy, and marketing initiatives. She also leads major upgrading efforts focused on enhancing the tenancy mix and executing renovation works to elevate the mall's commercial appeal.

Ms. Tee's robust experience in commercial project management, strategic business development, and property management coupled with her international exposure and leadership acumen positions her as a valuable asset to Powerwell Holdings Berhad, contributing meaningfully to its ongoing growth and value creation.
