2013 issued by Ranhill.
Further to the
announcement on the Company’s press release dated 24 July 2013, on behalf of
the Board, Maybank IB wishes to announce that the Company has today made a
press release in connection with the IPO where the Board has decided to
withdraw the application for the IPO which was submitted to the Securities
Commission Malaysia on 14 January 2013 and not to proceed with the IPO. The
Board will ensure that all application/placement monies for the IPO will be
refunded to all applicants/investors without interest in a timely manner.
