The Company wishes to announce that during the hearing for the Notice of Motion which was heard today, the Court of Appeal has dismissed Teh Chee Hoe’s (Applicant’s) Notice of Motion for an Erinford Injunction to stop the reconvening of the 53rd annual general meeting (“53rd AGM”) with no order as to costs.
The Company wishes to emphasize that the adjourned 53rd AGM shall proceed on 8 December 2025, and all shareholders are encouraged to attend the adjourned 53rd AGM.
