Preferential dividend of 4.5% per annum per Rights RPS as detailed in the Information Memorandum in relation to the Rights Issue of RPS with Warrants dated 05 September 2024 (taxable in the hand of the holders)

2)  The last date of lodgment : 15 Dec 2025
3)  Date Payable : 31 Dec 2025

Remarks

In accordance with the Constitution of Sunmow Holding Berhad, the RPS shall entitle the RPS holders to receive a cumulative gross preferential dividend of 4.5% per annum on its issue price, payable semi-annually in arrears. This preferential dividend of 2.2685% per RPS is pro-rated for the period covering 01 July 2025 to 31 December 2025.
