The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company has entered into a strategic partnership with ZF Innovations Sdn Bhd (“ZFounderclub”), a leading entrepreneur community and capital platform, to advance financial literacy and treasury-management education among Malaysian entrepreneurs.

Through this collaboration, ETH and ZFounderclub will roll out a series of educational programmes, workshops and co-branded initiatives designed to equip founders with practical knowledge on managing business cash flows, optimising balance sheets and building long-term financial endurance.

ETH brings significant experience into the partnership through its two regulated fund-management subsidiaries — ET Smart Wealth Sdn Bhd, licensed by the Securities Commission Malaysia, and ET Capital Ltd, licensed by Labuan FSA. Both entities specialise in treasury-management solutions for entrepreneurs and business owners, including individually managed accounts, liquidity strategies and long-term portfolio frameworks designed to strengthen business financial resilience.

ZFounderclub, known for its fast-growing founder ecosystem and community-building initiatives, will provide access to its entrepreneur network, host co-branded events and support educational outreach across its digital and offline platforms.
