Further to our announcement dated 17 February 2020 ("First Announcement"), 17 March 2020 and the subsequent announcements made on the first market day of each subsequent months ("Monthly Announcements") pursuant to Paragraph 8.03A of the Listing Requirements, the Company wshes to announce that there is no major development since the last announcement made on 3 November 2025. The Board will continue in its efforts to source for suitable investment opportunities and the Company will make an immediate announcement should there be any firm development.

The Company had on 24 November 2025 submitted a further extension of time application to Bursa Securities of twelve (12) months i.e. up to 28 November 2026 to submit its regularization plan to the relevant regulatory authorities. The outcome of the application for the Seventh EOT will be announced upon receipt of a decision from Bursa Securities.
