On behalf of GENT, AmInvestment Bank wishes to announce that the Offer has closed at 5:00 p.m. (Malaysian time) on Monday, 1 December 2025, being the extended closing date of the Offer (“Extended Closing Date”). As at 5:00 p.m. (Malaysian time) on the Extended Closing Date, GENT holds 4,144,966,481 GENM Shares, representing 73.13% of the total issued GENM Shares (excluding treasury shares).
