SUSPENSION ON THE TRADING OF THE SECURITIES OF MALPAC HOLDINGS BERHAD

MALPAC had failed to submit the proposed regularisation plan to the relevant authorities for approval within the extended timeframe of 28 November 2025.

In the circumstances and pursuant to paragraph 8.03A(3) of the Main Market Listing Requirements and Bursa Securities’ letter dated 28 May 2025, the trading in the securities of MALPAC will be suspended with effect from 9 December 2025.
