Mr. Soo Seong Chuan ("Mr. SC Soo") is a Chartered Certified Accountant and currently serves as the Financial Controller of Water Revelation Sdn. Bhd. He has been a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants ("ACCA") since 2001 and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants since 2002.

In 1996, Mr. SC Soo began his career as an Audit Assistant with Teo Eng Tian & Co, a Singapore-based audit firm, which he was involved in statutory audits, tax computations and internal control reviews. After completing his ACCA qualification in 2001, he joined GS Chemistry International Pte Ltd as Accountant and subsequently Soode (Johor) Sdn. Bhd. as Finance & Administration Manager, overseeing finance, human resources ("HR") and administrative functions.

From 2007 to 2020, he held senior leadership roles as Group Financial Controller at Lima Bintang Logistics and Flexi Versa Group, where he managed regional financial operations, ERP implementation, corporate restructuring and financial planning.

In 2020, Mr. SC Soo joined Cape EMS Berhad as Financial Controller and was later appointed Vice President overseeing HR, administration, information technology, and safety & health, where he led internal control enhancement, compliance initiatives and the group's preparation for Initial Public Offering.

Mr. SC Soo is also a founding partner of JSC Corporate Advisory PLT and JSC Corporate Service Sdn. Bhd., providing accounting, corporate secretarial and advisory services.
