Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 28 February 2025 and 26 August 2025. Unless otherwise stated, all definitions used herein shall carry the same meaning ascribed in the said announcements.

The Official Assignee (“OA”) of Johor Branch convened a public examination of Azman on 13 November 2025 at the High Court of Malaya, Johor Bahru, and the Court has fixed a further public examination on 23 January 2026. Meanwhile, the OA of Selangor has approved a monthly instalment arrangement for Haliza.

Further announcements on the material development of the above matter will be made from time to time, where necessary.
