We refer to the earlier announcements dated 12 September 2025, 24 September 2025, 28 October 2025, 29 October 2025 and 24 November 2025 in relation to the Proposed SCR. Unless otherwise defined, the abbreviations and definitions used in the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposed SCR shall apply herein. On behalf of SciPack Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the Company had on 28 November 2025 filed the petition to the High Court in Malaya ("High Court") to obtain an order by the High Court confirming the reduction of the issued share capital of the Company for the Proposed SCR pursuant to Section 116 of the Act to give effect to the Proposed SCR.
