Reference is made to TDM’s announcements dated  26 July 2024  and 27 February 2025 (“Announcements”). All defined terms and references used herein shall have the same meanings ascribed in the Announcements, unless stated otherwise.

The Board of Directors (“Board”) of TDM Berhad (“TDM” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that its subsidiary, TDM-YT Plantation Sdn Bhd (Company No. 200701016574 (774583-D)) (“TDMYT” or “Lessor”), had on 28 November 2025 executed a Land Lease Agreement (“Agreement”) with JAKS CPECC Solar One Sdn Bhd (Company No. 202501046194 (1647602-V)) (“JCSO”) and JAKS CPECC Solar Two Sdn Bhd (Company No. 202501046201 (1647609-X)) (“JCST”) (collectively, the “Lessee”) for the development of two (2) Large-Scale Solar Photovoltaic Plants (“Transaction”), for a lease term of twenty-three (23) years and six (6) months, commencing from the Effective Date, in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.
