The Board of Directors (“Board”) of AmanahRaya-Kenedix REIT Manager Sdn. Bhd. (“AKRM”), the Manager of AmanahRaya Real Estate Investment Trust ("ARREIT”), wishes to announce that upon recommendation by the Manager, Pacific Trustees Berhad, as Trustee for ARREIT has on 27 November 2025, approved the appointment of Messrs Deloitte Malaysia PLT (“Deloitte”) as Auditors of ARREIT for the financial year ending 31 December 2025 in place of Messrs KPMG PLT (“KPMG”) in accordance with the provisions of the ARREIT Amended and Restated Deed dated 5 December 2019 and the Guidelines on Listed Real Estate Investment Trusts issued by Securities Commission Malaysia.

As KPMG has served as the auditors of ARREIT for more than five (5) years, hence, the Board is of the opinion that ARREIT’s Auditors should be considered for rotation for the purpose of good corporate governance practice and such rotation will bring new perspectives of independence to ARREIT. The Board is not aware of any other matters that need to be brought to the attention of the unitholders of ARREIT. Deloitte has also consented to act as Auditors of ARREIT in place of KPMG.
