- Quarterly Disclosure for the period ended 30 September 2025 pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(1)(b)(ii) and Practice Note 11 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad

Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(1)(b)(ii) and Practice Note 11 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Listing Requirements”), we wish to announce that the aggregate amount of financial assistance provided by the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Q9 Capital Sdn Bhd (Q9 Capital), a licensed moneylending company pursuant to its ordinary course of moneylending business as at 30 September 2025 as set out below:

The provision of financial assistance as set out above have no significant impact on the net assets and earnings per share of EPMB Group for the financial period ended 30 September 2025.
