Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 9 September 2025 (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise stated, defined terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcement.
The Board wishes to announce that the Parties have on 27 November 2025 entered into a conditional capital contribution purchase agreement for the acquisition of one parcel of land located at Lai Thieu Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam for the implementation of the Project ("Proposed Acquisition").
