The Board of Directors of Tuju Setia Berhad (“Tuju Setia” or the “Company”), is pleased to announce that Pembinaan Tuju Setia Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tuju Setia has on  27 November 2025 accepted the Letter of Award from  Syntec Intelligence Technology Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary company of  Syntec Technology Co. Ltd., Taiwan  for the proposed construction and completion of a five-storey factory comprising production facilities, offices, 2-storey car parks, a Mechanical and Electrical room, rooftop canteen and other ancillary facilities at Lot 106719, Jalan Astana 3/KU2, Bandar Bukit Raja, 41050 Klang, Selangor Darul Ehsan for a contract sum of RM54,000,000.00.
