Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(1)(ii) and Practice Note 11 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of Greentec wishes to announce that the aggregate amount of financial assistance provided by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Speed Cashpoint Sdn. Bhd., a money lending company, pursuant to its ordinary course of business as at 30 September 2025 as set out below:-
The provision of financial assistance as set out above have no significant impact on the net assets and earnings per share of Greentec Group for the period ended 30 September 2025.
